Welcome to Orchard Wood Ovens
Orchard Wood Ovens is a locally owned business on the North Shore of Lake Chelan,
Washington. We build our own wood fired ovens and offer a mobile wood-fired catering
service.
The ovens are fired with apple and cherry wood harvested from local orchards. The
cooking surface can reach temperatures over 700 degrees. During the cool down phase
the ovens are used for bread making.
We offer traditional Napoletana style pizza as well as salads, antipasto platters,
bruschetta and daily specials. We make our own special dough and use the freshest
ingredients from local sources and farmers.
